If you are already registered with us and your appliance is due for a service, please feel free to telephone 01424 775802, email sales@plumbwellheating.co.uk or use our enquiry page to contact us. Please include any days or times that are not convenient for you.
If you are not already one of our customers and would like to book a service for your appliance then feel free to send us your contact details, along with your appliance details and we will contact you to clarify any information and make an appointment for one of our engineers to visit. Please include the following information:
- Your name, full postal address, telephone and email address
- The appliance make and model (attach a couple of pictures if possible)
- Who installed it and when (if known)
- When it was last serviced and who by (please send in service history if possible)
- Copies of the relevant installation certificates and Building control registration certificate (if installed after 2005)
